Welcome to Hermida Audio Technology! UPDATE ( 12/20/07): We're shipping September 2007 orders
WE WILL BE AT NAMM FROM JAN 16th THROUGH JAN 20th. I'll try to check emails whenever possible. UPDATE ( 08/28/07): We're slowly catching up! Here's the latest: * The Zendrive 2 is being built on a weekly basis and I'm starting to contact the people on the waiting list. Email me if you wish to be in it. * We already shipped to all of those on the initial Zendrive waiting list and we have started shipping those on the 2nd list. This list was started around Oct 2006. Expect to get an email from me soon.
UPDATE ( 08/02/07): We're currently shipping orders from October 2006. If you ordered at an earlier date, please email me so I can check. I have received emails from people indicating that they never received my "pedal is ready to ship" email. I keep all emails stored so I can go back and check.

PRODUCT SHIPPING STATUS: - The Zendrive and Mosferatu are currently being shipped on a consistent basis (not as fast as I would like but we're getting there). I'm starting to ship to dealers also. - Zendrive 2 has been added to the production line. My hope is to start shipping within a couple of weeks. UPDATE ( 07/10/07): I'll be out of the office from July 12th through the 15th. I'm attending the Gibson Jam in Nashville. We're currently shipping orders from mid 2006. UPDATE ( 02/22/07): * All prepaid orders have been completed. If you prepaid and have not received your pedal please let me know ASAP. You should have received it a LONG TIME AGO. * In order to be able to deliver units to all the people on the list within this "lifetime" I was able to hire a local company to help me with the manufacturing of my current product line. I will continue to be heavily involved in this process and will also build pedals in order to help get the waiting lists under control. We're currently receiving parts and getting everything ready to start production at a larger scale. * While the company gets 100% ready to go I continue to build pedals on my own and contact the people on the list in the order their names come up. * I STILL have ALL emails of people that have requested to be added to the waiting list and I continue adding them to the list. I email each one as I add them to the list. * I can't thank you enough for being so patient. * I constantly receive emails from people with comments, suggestions, clips from their CDs and live shows. These emails definitely make my day and make all this effort worthwhile. I never could have predicted or imagined this type of response. Thank you. UPDATE ( 01/29/07): * All prepaid orders have been completed. If you prepaid and have not received your pedal please let me know ASAP. You should have received it a long time ago. * I have approximately 1300+ emails of people that have requested to be added to the waiting list and I will start adding them. I will continue to email each one as I add them to the list. * I will continue shipping orders from the original waiting list and will start notifying people as their name get to the top of the list. * My plan for this year is to catch up with the list and start offering new products. UPDATE ( 01/16/07): I'll be attending NAMM the 19th and the 20th of January in Anaheim. I'm not sure I can check my emails from there. I finished all prepaid orders and will start adding the people that sent me emails to the corresponding waiting list. I will also focus on getting my dealers Tonefrenzy.com and MusicToyz.com up to date. Currently I'm in conversations with a local company to help me with the manufacturing of the pedals. I do have a few new products that I wish to offer but will not do so unless I can guarantee that they can be supplied in a timely manner. UPDATE ( 11/27/06): I'm about 30 pedals from completing all prepaid orders. I expect that within a month I will start emailing people on the waiting list and I will also open the waiting list so people can get in. From now on I will build small batches and send email to let people know that their unit is being built. Once the units are done I will email again to indicate that they are ready for shipment. I have a large number of emails of people requesting to be put on the waiting list. Once the list opens I will add them in the order they were sent. I will still honor the old price for those of you that got on the list before the price change. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: I've decided to stop taking orders. The backlog is out of control and this is the only way I can take back control of it. We currently have a group of paid orders that have not gone out yet (Zendrive, Zendrive 2 and Mosferatu) and many orders from MusicToyz and Tonefrenzy. We're working on all of these right now and we're shipping small quantities at a time. Once all these orders are taken care of, I will resume taking orders. I have a large number of emails that I'm answering right now. If you're in there I will take care of your order or add you to the list as needed. If you're already on the waiting list but was not asked to prepay, I will continue to keep you on the list and will email you in the same order it was received.
